PDF Document Header and Footer
A custom document header and footer can be set and positioned, or a custom header or footer image can be specified.
In the header or footer text you can enter the following :
[page] for Page Number,[date] for Date,
[pagenum] for total number of pages,
[title] for document title,
[author] for document author,
[subject] for document subject.
To continue numbering from previous document check the appropriate checkbox.
You can also specify the number of page from which to add the footer or the number of page to end adding the header or footer.
