To add videos to the list press on the "Add Video" button and then select the videos that you want to add.
Alternatively, you can drag and drop video files on the list to add them.
You can also add videos by entering a list of their file paths by selecting "Enter List of Videos" from the "File" menu.
To add the whole contents of folders with videos to the list press on the "Add Folder" button and then select the folder.
Alternatively, you can drag and drop the folder on the list to add it.
You can also import videos from text files containing lists of video file paths or folders.
To do that select "Import from Text File" from the "File" menu.
One video file path per lines.
For example :
c:\videos\video1.mp4
c:\videos\video2.mp4
c:\videos\video3.mp4
You can also import videos from Excel files containing lists of video file paths and the video thumbnail parameters.
To do that select "Import from Excel File" from the "File" menu.
To batch extract images from video you should first add them to the list on the first tab page 'Add Videos'.
Afterwards, check the option on the second 'Extract Frames' tab page.
You can extract every N frames, every N seconds and minutes, every key frames, every scene frame, every frame e.t.c.
There is also an option to create one summary image of 9 or 16 frames of the videos. You can also add information about the videos on the image by checking the options to 'Display Information' on the fourth 'Options' tab page.
Moreover, you can specify to extract frames only from and to a specific time.
Finally, press on the 'Get Images' button of the toolbar and wait for the application to do its job.
Select the third tab 'Extract specific Frame' and select the video you want to preview.
You can play and pause or stop the video the in-built video player.
Press on the 'Save Image' button the save the specific frame image from the video.
You can also click on the bar to move to specific frame of the video.
To specify options select the fourth 'Options' tab page.
There you can specify the output folder, output image format, image filename (for save specific frame only) and also the desired image width or/and image height.
If you do not check the image width or image height checkboxes then the image will be saved with the original video dimensions. If you check only the width checkbox then the image height will be calculated automatically to have the correct value, also if you only check the image height checkbox then the image width will be calculated to have the correct value.
You can also specify to keep original timestamp of the video for the images.
Additionally, you can specify to the display information for the summary video images.
