The first time the application is run the configuration screen will open.
There you can specify the number of minutes of mouse inactivity after which the application will start moving the mouse automatically.
You can also specify to run the application automatically when Windows starts.
You can also specify there whether to show an icon on the Windows System Tray
Moreover, you can specify whether to prevent sleep because of power settings.
You can also access the configuration screen with a double click or right mouse click on the Windows System tray icon.
