At first you have to specify the file that you want to check its hash. This can be done in many ways.
Press the "Browse" button to choose the file or enter the file path in the appropriate text box. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the file on the MD5 Hash Check window. Another way is in Windows Explorer to right-click on the file you want to check and then select "Validate and Calculate Checksum" from the context menu.
Afterward, if you already know the hash of the comparison file, because for example it is published on the download website, enter the comparison hash in the appropriate text box of the MD5 Hash Check screen.
MD5 Checksum Validator is also a SHA1 generator and supports all major hashing algorithms including MD5,SHA1,SHA256,SHA384,SHA512,RIPEMD160,RIPEMD256,RIPEMD320,Tiger,Whirlpool,Panama,CRC32,CRC16.
