To specify the Office documents whose images you want to extract :
Press on the "Add Audio" button of the main screen and then select the Office files you want to add. You can also press on the "Add Folder" button to add the entire contents of specific folders.
You can also drag-and-drop Word files or folders with Office files to add them.
To remove an Office file from the list, select it on the grid and then press the "Remove" button. To clear all the Office files from the list press the "Clear" button.
To import list of Office files press on the "Import List" button of the toolbar.
One Office file path should be on each line of the list file.
Select "Options" from the "Options" menu to access Batch Extract Images from Office's options screen.
There you can specify the output filename pattern i.e. how the output filename of the images will be.
In the textbox you can enter text and also the vsriables [N] for image counter, [DOC] for document filename, [DATE] for document's date and [DATETIME] for document's date and time.
Moreover, you can also specify the output image format and jpeg quality.
Finally, after you specify the output folder for the images, press on the "Extract Images" button and wait for the application to do its job.
In the end the output folder will open in Windows Explorer.
When the application is first started it asks you for your desired user interface language.
You can also change the user interface language from the "Language" menu.
