To specify the Microsoft Word documents that will be changed just press the "Add" button and then specify the documents.
To remove a document from the list press on the "Remove" button or select the "Clear" menu item to clear the list.
You can also drag and drop documents or folders on the list.
Press on the "Add Folder" button to add the contents of whole folders.
You can also press on the "Import List" button to import text list files. One filepath should be on each line. e.g.
c:\user1\documents\document1.docx
c:\user1\documents\document2.docx
c:\user1\documents\document3.docx
To specify the "From Font" properties e.g. the font and its style that you want to change, go to to tab "From Font".
Here specify the font family of the font you want to change, its size, its font style (bold, italic, underline, strikethrough).
You can also optionally specify the style of the text and font color and font shadow.
Moreover, you can also specify if the text should be uppercase or lowercase.
To specify the "To Font" properties e.g. the new font and its style that will replace the old font, go to to tab "To Font".
Here specify the font family of the font you want to change, its size, its font style (bold, italic, underline, strikethrough).
You can also optionally specify the style of the text and font color.
Moreover, you can also specify if the text should be uppercase or lowercase.
Go to the tab "Change" to specify what to change e.g. the document body, or only headers and footers e.t.c.
Finally, specify the output folder for the documents and then press on the "EXECUTE" button and wait for the application to do its job.
Please do not interact with Microsoft Office applications during the process unless necessary.
The output folder will open after the process has finished.
You can also specify to overwrite existing documents and keep a backup of existing files.
When the application is first started it asks you for your desired user interface language.
You can also change the user interface language from the "Language" menu.
